Bell Exchange is operated by Le Bells Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Le Bells Ltd. You can reach us at hello@bellexchange.co.uk.

At this stage Bell Exchange is a pre-launch website. We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Waitlist details: your name, email address, country, and intended use.
• Feedback: the feature you prioritise and the message you write.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

To contact you about early access, to understand which features matter most to our future customers, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and in preparing our service for launch. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process data on our instructions under contract. Data may be processed outside the UK; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms.

We keep waitlist and feedback submissions for as long as needed to launch and invite you, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We will update this policy as Bell Exchange develops, and will post the revised version here with a new date.
